Refund policy

Returns — cj.deals: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, message cj.deals with your order number first — please don't send anything back until we confirm where to send it, since orders ship from our supplier. Once a return is approved, we'll tell you the next step. Refunds go to your original payment method once the returned item is received.
