How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 5 to 15 days. One exception: the USB Heated Hoodie Kit travels by a special battery route and can take 10 to 20 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order. Express shipping is offered at checkout for a fee.
What if my order takes longer than 15 days?
Contact us and we’ll give you a $5 credit toward a future order.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number first — please don’t send anything back until we confirm where it goes. Return shipping is customer-paid.
